How do I benefit from UnoDeals.com?
UnoDeals takes the hassle out of finding the best deal for the item you want to purchase. We hope we bring value to your life by saving you time, money and energy whenever you are looking to buy something either for yourself or as a gift. We try to be your shopping guide so you spend less time doing product research and have more time to spend on things that are more important in your life. We are constantly seaching for the best deals on a range of products that you use in all aspects of your like like - work, home, garden, outdoors, vacation etc.

Do you sell the products on your site?
We do not sell any products or services, we provide the information to help you get the best value for your money. We like to think that we are helping make the information age happen by gathering and providing deal information in an easy format. The information that would take you a lot of time and energy to gather yourself and we are not even talking of the monetary loss while gathering this information yourself in terms of lost time or lost opportuinity. Think of us, as your shopping helper, helping you make an informed decision on your next purchase. Best of all, we don't charge you for providing this information. In addition we give many hints, tips and tricks to save you money. We are always on your side.

How do I buy a product shown on your site?
Each deal we list contains the merchant name and a link to the deal on the merchant’s website. Click on this link and follow their instructions for making the purchase. If you have any questions about the product or the price, contact the merchant before you make the purchase.

What about taxes, payment methods, shipping charges, international shipping, order cancellations, exchanges, returns and warranty?
We do not sell and thus do not ship any products. All payment methods, shipping arrangements, order cancellations, exchanges and returns etc. are handled by the merchant who's deal you are looking at. When known, we list the cost of shipping when we write up a deal. If you have any questions, please contact the merchant before you complete your purchase. I see a better deal on another website than what you have on your website?
We attempt to bring you the best value for your money from reputable merchants. We try to stay away from unknown merchants or merchants who have below average ratings. If you have found a lower price else where please let us know. We will review the deal promptly to see if it meets our listing criterion so that it can shared with all visitors!

Whom do I contact Regarding Order Status/ Enquiry?
We do not sell/ship/or process orders. You need to go to the merchant's website where you actually purchased the product. Follow the order status enquiry procedure of the merchant's website to check the status of your order. If you do not remember your user id, merchant name, check your emails. Most merchants send order confirmations. If you missed the email you can search our past deals and find product & merchant info.

What do I do if I had a bad experience with a merchant?
We provide deal information only from reputed, recognized merchants. If you have had a bad experience with a merchant, please take up the matter with the merchant. We would appreciate it if you let us know. Your experience with the merchant will guide us in judging future deals from the merchant.

What do I do if I receive wrong shipment, damaged product or was charged more than the checkout page price?
In most of such cases, the merchant will take corrective action when brought to their attention. We recommend that you always check your credit card charges online a few days after you make a purchase. Notify the merchant promptly of any anomaly. Please check merchants ratings and other users experience before buying form the merchant. Seller's ratings are available at websie like Better Business Bureau's (bbbonline.com) or BizRate. Your credit card provider also provides a good mechanism to help resolve issues with a merchant.

Are merchants obligated to respect deals published in this website?

No, You cannot use information published in this website as proof in a dispute with the merchant/s. As mentioned above, these deals are not paid advertisements and merchant/s are not obligated to honor any information published in this website. Moreover you can not copy or print this information as per the Terms of Use of this website, which you have agreed to by using this site. If you do not agree to the Terms of Use of this website, please do not use it.

What are Mail-In Rebates?
Mail-In Rebates are a great tool to reduce your final cost of a product. Mail-in-reates are handeled by the merchant or the manufacturer. Mail-in-rebates bring with them the extra burden of filing in and mailing the rebate forms. We recommend that you download, save and print the rebate form as soon as you buy an item. The merchant may or may not send the rebate form along with the product. Some sites remove the rebate form after the last date of availing the rebate or when the product becomes unavailable.

Do you take responsibility for accuracy of the posting or for incorrect/wrong information?
No. We verify the accuracy of each and every deal before posting and make sure the deal is valid at the time of posting. The deal can be changed by the merchant at any time. We have no control over the merchant's pricing or offers. The offering may change any time after posting at merchant's discretion. If you find any mismatch, please inform us. We will update the deal with the changed information. Some deals have limited validity - limited by time, number of orders etc. - if that limit reaches then the merchant can deactivate the deal.

Why is a coupon code not working?
There could be many reasons for a coupon to not work. Some of them are:
The cart total might not have met the coupon's minimum order total requirment. Check the fine print on the coupon on the merchant's site.
Some coupons are limited by the number of uses, some work only with specific products, yet others cannot be combined with other coupons. Please check if any of these limitations apply to the coupon you are trying to use.
The coupon may have expired
